Dania has been in Asia since 1994 and in Asian derivatives executive search since 2001. Prior to moving into search, Dania spent 7 years as a lawyer and banker in Hong Kong with Allen & Overy and Morgan Stanley.

Dania is Managing Director at CMI, as well as actively responsible for running derivatives searches across asset classes for clients. She has been personally ranked in the top 3-5 best headhunters in Asia for derivatives searches in fixed income and equity derivatives since the Asiamoney Polls began.

CMI is opening offices in Tokyo in the near future.
